1. Understanding your needs. If this is the first time you are hiring someone for this position within your home, we will help you by creating a job description from scratch. We will provide you with a series of questions to help you understand the functions of the new position. If this is an existing position, but you are looking for a new hire, we will analyze the current role and provide feedback to help elevate the role to better suit your needs.
During this process you can choose to have one of our talented consultants perform a site visit to completely identify and evaluate the necessary role and to better assist you from start to finish.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with the candidate you have selected, throughout the guarantee period, a single replacement candidate will be provided. Throughout the 30 day* period, White Glove Talent will maintain strong lines of communication between both the client and the candidate to ensure a successful placement and transition period.

Our candidate selection process involves:

If we determine that your skills, personality, and experience align with the high standards of our candidates, we’ll go the extra mile to assist you in securing a job placement. In cases where we believe we cannot directly assist; we’ll provide recommendations for other resources to support you in your job search.
Hiring a candidate can be a complex process. It all depends on the job description and skills required, the clients sense of urgency and the current market availability. While we aim to find someone as quick as possible, it is important for us to find our clients and candidates the right fit and will not jeopardize the integrity of our screening process.
As an employer, you will be required to to remit all payroll taxes (EI, CPP, Workers Compensation) in addition to the net salary. You are also required to keep payroll records and provide a pay stub. You must abide by all provincial (local) employment labour laws.
We offer a 90-day guarantee on our permanent placements. This means that within the first 90 days from the start date if things are simply not working out, we will conduct a search for a (single) replacement at no additional charge. Our dedicated team will work quickly to ensure that what ever inabilities were present with the first candidate, won’t be present with the replacement candidate.
