The Estate Manager interfaces with vendors and handymen, demonstrating adept coordination skills. Furthermore, their duties encompass staff supervision, conducting performance reviews, negotiating annual contracts, implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets and systems, and serving as a liaison between the employer and various stakeholders, thereby upholding the estate’s operational excellence.
House Manager:
Employed to ensure the seamless operation of the employer’s residence, the House Manager assumes a multifaceted role encompassing various responsibilities. These include but are not limited to proficiently managing grocery shopping, laundry, errand running, and light housekeeping.
